Consultations
Faculty and graduate students can receive one-on-one or group
consultations with staff members of the Faculty Professional Development
Center. Topics can range from pedagogical approaches in teaching to
use of technology in classroom.
Programs
Campus Conversations, Faculty Senate Fall and Spring Forums, and
the Moulton Scholars are programs focused on creating, continuing,
and supporting dialogue among faculty on various topics and issues of
teaching and learning at Kent State University.
Workshops
& Presentations
A wide range of workshops and presentations are sponsored and
co-sponsored by the fpdc. Reappointment, Tenure & Promotion,
Portraits of Practice, and Women in Scholarship & Education are a
few of the brown bag lunch discussions or afternoon workshops
available throughout the calendar year.
