Consultations
Faculty and graduate students wishing to receive one-on-one
or group consultations can set an appointment with fpdc staff by
emailing the fpdc or calling
330-672-2992. Consultations may include topics such as:
- Reappointment / tenure / promotion
- Pedagogical approaches to teaching and learning
- Best practices / tools for assessment
- Use of collaborative technologies in the classroom
- Exploring technologies such as video, scanners, drawing
tablets, digital still cameras
- WebCT or other web development techniques and tools
- Flashline
Demonstrations
To introduce faculty and graduate students to the numerous
resources available in the fpdc studio, Demonstrations are offered throughout the academic year. During
these sessions, fpdc studio staff and faculty affiliates demonstrate the computer hardware
and software capabilities as well as provide information on the resource
materials and equipment available for loan within the fpdc.
